By working in pairs pupils overcome initial doubts and concerns. The same forces that help in riding a bike help the waveboard rider stay propelled on two wheels.
In two sessions, most pupils will be able to ride the waveboard unaided, all will be taking away a solid sense of achievment that gets them enthused for the next session.
